Edmonton Connection

We are realizing what a small world we live in, especially in the Church. Sister Dyer came to Arkansas a few months ago and recently transferred into our district. She is from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. She is a great missionary and it has been fun to get to know her. Janet served in her ward while she was on her mission. How amazing is that! She was too young to remember Janet, but they had people in common that they both new--the Mo's, the Lawrey's, the Durwoods, and possibly more. I am sure that I killed the spelling of these names. It is great to have a connection to people! We find connections here all the time. Our latest--our Edmonton Connection.

I can't believe you have been out a year. It's crazy. We went to a mission farewell today for Wyatt's aunt and uncle. They are going to Indiana. They are only going for a year. I thought if mom & dad went for a year, they would already be home. Wow, time goes by fast.

I didn't call you back yesterday because I lost my voice and I can't talk. I'll call you when I get it back and can talk. Love ya.

You got the Mo's right. The Lowry's and Dorward's probably wouldn't get Koltermann right if they tried. It's fun to have the connection. The people you meet are what make a mission memorable.

I can't believe you have been out a year either. You will be home before we know it. We missed you at the scrapbook expo. We'll have to do again next year when you're back. Love you.
